Engineered for high-level competitions, this cylinder kit benefits from the latest evolution of Malossi's 7-port technology, with enhanced support for the main rear ports. The lights have been redesigned to link perfectly with Malossi engine cases, and the exhaust shape includes a structure with a thin, elliptical dual port to minimize piston ring stress. The modular head's inner profile has been completely redesigned for increased torque across all engine speeds, and its cover is made of forged aluminum, red anodized, and CNC-machined. The cylinder specifications include a 52 mm bore, 44 mm stroke, and 93.4 cc displacement, with a compression ratio of 01:14.6.

The redesign focuses on maximizing performance, with seven ports and an exhaust crossbar. The piston features a single segment, and the head is modular. The cylinder's technical specifications include a 52 mm bore, 44 mm stroke, and a displacement of approximately 93.4 cc, with a compression ratio of 01:14.6. It also features a 16° advance and requires an IRIDIUM IW 34 spark plug. The advanced design incorporates the latest evolution of Malossi's 7-port technology, providing enhanced support to the main rear ports. The ports have been redesigned to be wider and link perfectly with Malossi engine cases, taking full advantage of the space provided by the flanged design. For optimal performance, it is recommended to pair this cylinder kit with a Malossi MHR "SCOOTER RACING" exhaust system and the Malossi OVER RANGE kit for the variator and belt. Installation is exclusively for liquid-cooled scooters and requires specific Malossi engine cases and crankshaft. This product is reserved exclusively for racing in locations designated by sporting authorities, and Malossi disclaims all liability for improper use.
