7000 Series Aluminum Rocker Arm

The Jesel KPS-499187 Pro Series shaft rocker arms represent a lightweight, high-end valvetrain upgrade, originally introduced for NASCAR and now available for select applications. These rockers are precision-machined from a custom blend of 7000 series aluminum, a material chosen for its ability to withstand the elevated operating temperatures common in endurance racing, ensuring durability and extended cycle life. The Pro Series features a unique dual-diameter modular shaft design. This innovative construction allows Jesel engineers to incorporate a larger .562” O.D. shaft bearing, which increases the critical bearing strap area. This enhancement significantly reduces rocker body deflection under load. Furthermore, the shaft design accommodates a .750” diameter clamping area and provides ample space for a 7/16” mounting stud, ensuring secure attachment to the mounting stand. These rocker arms come standard with a .250” needle nose roller for reduced friction and wear. Jesel also offers an optional Tool Steel Ball Adjuster upgrade, which provides over .100” of additional critical thread area for fine-tuning valve lash.
