It is machined from 7075-T6 Billet Aluminum with a heat-treated, ground-finished stainless steel ring for wear protection. This kit offers a 20% under-drive reduction, resulting in a dyno-proven 5-7 horsepower gain and sharper throttle response.

This reduction in load allows the engine to rev quicker and respond more sharply to throttle inputs. Constructed from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 billet aluminum, the pulley is hard-anodized for long-term durability. The kit replaces the factory unit, significantly reducing rotating mass from 4 lbs to just 13 oz. This kit provides a 20% under-drive reduction, which has been dyno-proven to deliver an increase of 5–7 horsepower. The NEUSPEED Power Pulley Kit is designed for specific VW/Audi models with the EA888.3 engine, including the 2013.5-2018 Jetta GLI/Beetle 2.0T (210HP CPLA/CPPA), 2014-2018 Passat/Jetta 1.8T (CPKA/CPRA), and 2018-2019/22 Passat/Beetle 2.0T (174HP DDSA). It is compatible with vehicles featuring electro-mechanical power steering. Installation requires factory tools, and professional installation is highly recommended. This product is proudly designed, engineered, and manufactured in Camarillo, California.
