The Ballade Sports 70mm Drive-By-Wire Throttle Body is a direct replacement unit for select Honda and Acura vehicles. It is port matched to the OEM intake manifold and features a larger throttle plate compared to stock.

This throttle body includes an adapter plate to reduce its size to the OEM intake manifold's 66mm opening, or it can be used without the adapter to size up to 69mm for increased airflow with aftermarket intake manifolds. It is made in the USA and comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

The Ballade Sports 70mm Drive-By-Wire Throttle Body is designed as a direct replacement for specific Honda and Acura models, offering enhanced airflow capabilities. It is precision port-matched to a 66mm OEM intake manifold and features a larger 69mm throttle plate, a significant upgrade from the stock 62mm plate. This plate allows for a 70mm to 66mm reduction to mate with the OEM intake manifold. For those with aftermarket intake manifolds featuring larger plenums, the adapter plate can be removed, allowing the throttle body to operate at its full 69mm capacity for increased airflow. Installation is straightforward as it is a direct replacement with no modifications required. The kit includes the 70mm throttle body, a 69mm throttle plate, the 69mm to 66mm adapter plate, a 2.5" to 3" silicone coupler, an optional 2.5" to 3" 90° elbow coupler for PRL charge pipes, a throttle body gasket, two hose clamps, and four extended bolt hardware. This throttle body is compatible with the 2015-2016 FK2 Civic Type R, 2017+ Civic Type R FK8, 2019+ Acura RDX, and 2018+ Accord 2.0t. It is important to note that KTuner is not compatible with this throttle body. This product is made in the USA and backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
