The On 3 Performance single turbo system is engineered to wake up your GMT900 truck, offering a bolt-on solution for enhanced performance. This system utilizes a custom divided (twin-scroll) hot side, ensuring responsive spool and substantial torque gains without compromising daily drivability. The included 70mm turbocharger lights up quickly, while race-bred hardware like the 44mm wastegate and a 3" to 3.5" stainless steel downpipe work together to manage temperatures and backpressure effectively. The kit is designed for a straightforward installation, leveraging the stock driver-side manifold and incorporating a crossover pipe that clears 4x4 components and the transfer case. The turbocharger is located on the passenger side. Key components include the custom divided turbo manifold, a 70mm On 3 Performance turbocharger (with options to upgrade), a 44mm v-band wastegate with a 6-7 psi spring, a durable 304 stainless steel stepped downpipe, and 3" bead-rolled aluminum cold-side tubing. Crucially, this system requires supporting modifications for optimal performance and reliability. A fuel system upgrade is mandatory, as stock pumps and injectors cannot support the increased airflow; a dual-pump setup with a return line is recommended for builds targeting up to 1000 hp. Post-installation, tuning is absolutely required. Typical builds with proper fueling and a tune can achieve 450–600+ rwhp, with stock long blocks generally handling up to 600 rwhp carefully. Professional installation and dyno calibration are highly recommended to ensure power, boost, and reliability are maximized.
