70mm V-Band Exhaust Manifold w/ Turbosmart 50mm Wastegate Flange

The Artec 2JZ-GE 70mm V-band Exhaust Manifold is precision-engineered using SUS347 stainless steel investment cast construction for superior flow and heat dispersion. This design maximizes efficiency with smooth merging angles and eliminates restrictions found in tight radius bends, resulting in consistent performance. Engineered for high horsepower applications, this manifold is designed to support turbos up to a G45 or 8685 size and is compatible with both VVTI, non-VVTI, and 1JZ GE engines. It features a 70mm V-band flange and a Turbosmart 50mm wastegate flange. The design prioritizes easy fitment, offering ample space and clearance for oil drains and routine servicing, while allowing the use of all OEM fasteners. This manifold is capable of handling up to 900hp while maintaining maximum response. It can accommodate turbos with a 50-55mm V-band inlet, ranging from a G25-550 to larger options like the G35-1050, 6466, 6870, and even a massive Xona 115-69 (rated for 1200hp). The wastegate port is designed to accommodate 44/45/46mm flanges, with the possibility of flowing the full amount of a 50mm wastegate if a custom flange is welded on. It has been proven to hold flawless boost control with a 45mm wastegate and a Xona 76mm turbo at 27psi. This manifold is designed to fit ALL OEM chassis equipped with 2JZ GTE or GE engines, including IS300 and GS300 models in both Left-Hand Drive (LHD) and Right-Hand Drive (RHD) configurations.
