Description

Its body and internal components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy and feature a 1.98-inch (50.5mm) valve. This valve is offered with a 10 psi spring for various vacuum levels and a special spring for supercharged vehicles.

The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp provides a clean appearance with stainless steel hardware. The valve seal uses a Viton O-ring, and the stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated and hard anodize-coated for wear resistance. It includes a machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting with an oversized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response, and the actuator features a high-temp silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm.
