MIA's Description

The Silv-O-Lite 1487.020 is a piston designed for engine rebuilding. It features a bore diameter of 4 inches (101.6 mm) and a compression height of 1.54 inches (39.1 mm). This piston has a compression ratio of 8.5:1 and a dish-shaped crown with a volume of +16.5cc, including two valve trough reliefs.

Constructed from Cast 332 Alloy, this piston has an offset pin configuration and a press-fit pin type. The ring sizes are 5/64, 5/64, and 3/16. It is intended for Chevrolet's Small Block Gen I engine family.
