The Malossi 72cc cylinder kit is engineered to boost the performance of compatible Kymco, Honda, and Daelim scooters. It achieves this through meticulously recalculated exhaust and transfer ports, a lighter yet reinforced piston, and an optimized compression ratio. This kit is specifically designed for air-cooled, 2-stroke engines, featuring a 47mm bore diameter and a 12mm piston pin. This performance upgrade is intended for use on Daelim Scooter 50 air-cooled (Message, Tapo) and Kymco 50 scooters with vertical Honda engines. Specific vehicle fitments include Daelim GZ 50 Message (1997-2002) and TAPO 50, various Honda SK 50 DIO models (G, SP, SR, ZX), and several Kymco models such as the CX 50 (1993-1997), DJ W (1994-2000), DJ Y (1993-2006), K12 (1995-2000), KB (1995-2000), and ZX SUPER FEVER II (1999-2006). Important considerations include that this product is not legal for use in California on pollution-controlled vehicles, and users should check local laws before installation. Furthermore, this product is explicitly not intended for use on public roads or land.
