The McFarlane Aviation MC0750142-1 is an airbox gasket designed for use in Cessna and Piper aircraft. It is manufactured from a military-spec cork rubber (MIL-C-6183) compound, which combines cork granules and rubber to create a flexible, durable, and high-strength material.

This material offers superior sealing capabilities, excellent recovery properties, and conformability to uneven flange surfaces, while also reducing vibration and minimizing distortion. The gasket is FAA-PMA approved and offers substantial cost savings.
