75mm K-Series Throttle Body

The Hybrid Racing 75mm K-Series Throttle Body is a performance upgrade engineered to maximize airflow and engine performance. This unit is precision-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and features a smooth 75mm inner diameter, designed to eliminate airflow restrictions often found in stock components. It is built to directly bolt onto RBC, RB, RRB, RRC, and RBB intake manifold bolt patterns. This throttle body is exclusively for Drive By Cable systems and will not fit donor vehicles that utilize electronic throttle control. Key design improvements include a rotated IACV port for enhanced clearance around the radiator and wiring, and a TPS mount that mirrors the OEM Honda design for accurate calibration and seamless engine management integration. The throttle body is optimized to work with 3-inch intake couplers, ensuring a secure and efficient air intake path for naturally aspirated or forced induction setups. Installation considerations include the need for an IACV Block Off Plate (HYB-ICV-01-04) when fitting to an RRC Manifold, as this manifold lacks an idle air control port. Components such as the MAP sensor, IACV, and the intake manifold itself are sold separately and are not included with the throttle body. Vehicle applications for this throttle body include the 2002-2006 Acura RSX and 2002-2005 Honda Civic Si when using an RBC/RRB/RBB manifold. It is also compatible with 1990-2001 Acura Integra, 1988-2000 Honda Civic, 1993-1997 Honda Del Sol, and 1988-1991 Honda CRX models if they feature K-swaps using an RBC/RRB/RBB manifold.
