75mm Throttle Body and Fuel Rail Assembly

This kit includes a 75mm throttle body and a fuel rail, offering a combination of function and form. The angled plenum and runners are crafted to enhance airflow, facilitating a smoother transition into the cylinder head and allowing for easier access to the header and downpipe for maintenance. Its construction from materials with reduced heat absorption properties aims to minimize heat soak compared to stock manifolds. The manifold features CNC billet flanges with integrated CNC-milled velocity stacks within the runners. This design minimizes turbulence and promotes nearly even cylinder head aspiration across all ports. It also includes four vacuum ports on the top/side to support vacuum-based accessories and ensure accurate MAP readings. The kit comes with necessary bolts and fittings, and features a durable finish. The runner diameter is 38mm, and it incorporates new built-in velocity stacks. The included fuel rail is designed to accommodate 14mm, 11mm, or OEM barb-style injectors, with tested compatibility with approximately 90% of injectors on the market, including EV6 14mm types (standard injector length, not "shortie" LSX style). The fuel rail has an ORB-8 inlet with 6AN male fitting ends and includes a port for a fuel pressure sensor with a plug. The 75mm billet CNC throttle body is cable actuated, designed to improve throttle response, increase airflow, and enhance throttle feel and pedal feedback. It utilizes stock OEM TPS/240sx or 2jz adapters for modern Engine Management Systems and includes new GM IAC provision. Installation may require additional components such as proper injectors, a fuel pressure regulator, a TPS sensor with connector, and a throttle cable kit.
