Description

The Tremec TUKT16993 is a High Performance Manual Transmission Fluid (HP-MTF) designed for use in manual gearboxes. This fluid is API certified GL-4 / GL-5 and features a 75W85 SAE viscosity rating. Its stable viscosity ensures consistent performance across a wide temperature range, with a minimum pour temperature of -70°F. This transmission fluid is compatible with all TREMEC aftermarket assemblies from 2008 to current, including the T-5, TKO, Magnum, Magnum XL, TR-3160, TKX, 6060, 3550, SVT Cobra, and Mustang GT. It is specifically intended for manual transmissions that require GL4 75W85 MTF, synchromesh, or DEXRON®-III/MERCON® fluids. The fluid is not compatible with automatic transmissions. For 5-speed transmissions, approximately 2.7 quarts are needed, while 6-speed transmissions require about 3.6 quarts.
