The Tommy Gate G2-81-1650 TP41 is a G2 Series liftgate designed for flatbed and van applications, with a lifting capacity of 1600 lbs. The platform is a one-piece steel treadplate measuring 41 inches in loading depth with a 6-inch taper. It features a dual hydraulic cylinder drive system, with all critical hydraulic components enclosed within the main frame for protection. The hydraulic system also includes a pressure relief valve to prevent overloading and a flow control valve for controlled descent. The electrical system has a moisture-resistant toggle switch control unit that deactivates after 90 seconds of inactivity, a 150 Amp continuous circuit breaker, and a factory-supplied 4 AWG power/ground cable. The drivetrain uses 3/4" (19mm) OD hard chrome plated steel round parallel arm pins with self-lubricating composite bushings. Safety features include a curb-side fixed control with a 90-second deactivation timer and a pressure relief valve.
