The Mahle CWL-10 is a set of two air-powered wheel lifts designed for heavy-duty commercial vehicle service. With a combined lifting capacity of 20,000 lbs (10 tons per lift), it allows technicians full undercarriage access, eliminating traditional floor jacks and support stands. It operates on 160 psi shop air, lifting vehicles 24 inches from floor level. Features include a wide, spring-loaded base for stability, built-in support stands, and dual-trigger control for synchronized lifting. Its compact 53.3" overall height and 24" max lift make it suitable for shops with low ceiling clearance. It accommodates 21" to 24.5" wheels standard, with optional adapters (P/N 485 80092 00) for 16" to 19" wheels. It has a patented design (US Patent #D357,106 & 5,484,134).
