Description

It features a 76mm stroke and is constructed from multiple die-stamp forged 4340 chromoly for superior strength and durability. Each crankshaft is magnafluxed, shot peened, and has all its journals nitrided, precision ground, and micro-polished to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Additional features include cross-drilled chamfered oil holes for improved lubrication, dynamic balancing for reduced vibration, and an 8-dowel configuration with extra-long 8mm dowel pins for secure pulley attachment. This crankshaft is designed with VW journals. Note that installing stroker cranks requires machining of the engine case and potentially other internal components to ensure adequate rod clearance.
