The BAR-TEK® Y-pipe downpipe is a 76mm diameter component designed for Audi S3 and TT 1.8T Quattro models. It features a large cross-section to reduce exhaust back pressure, allowing the turbocharger to breathe better for increased power and durability.

The BAR-TEK® Y-pipe downpipe is engineered to provide significant power gains for Audi S3 and TT 1.8T Quattro vehicles. With a 76mm (3-inch) diameter, this downpipe drastically reduces exhaust back pressure, enabling the turbocharger to operate more efficiently and increasing overall performance. This downpipe is available with or without a 200-cell racing catalytic converter. It is specifically designed for Audi S3 models (209/225 hp Quattro) and Audi TT models (225 hp Quattro) from the 8N generation (1998-2006). It is important to note that this downpipe is for Quattro models only; a separate downpipe is available for front-wheel-drive 1.8T vehicles. Ensure proper installation and consider that warranty exclusions include improper installation or maintenance, incorrect engine tuning, use of unsuitable lubricants, foreign object damage, boost pressure system leaks, contaminants in the oil, blocked engine ventilation, increased exhaust back pressure, inadequate intake or component dimensioning, accidents, flooding, or exceeding maximum turbo speed. Racing engines are excluded from the three-year warranty.
