The BNR-770 Turbo Upgrade is the largest and most powerful bolt-on turbocharger option available for the 2022–current Subaru WRX VB equipped with the FA24 engine. Designed for enthusiasts seeking serious Subaru WRX VB turbo upgrades, big turbo kits, or high-horsepower FA24 solutions, the BNR-770 delivers exceptional airflow, response, and reliability while retaining a true bolt-in fitment. At its core, the BNR-770 features a ceramic dual ball bearing CHRA paired with advanced G-series aerodynamic compressor and turbine wheels. This configuration allows the turbo to flow an impressive 77 lb/min of airflow, supporting 600+ horsepower in a bolt-on setup with appropriate supporting modifications and tuning. To ensure smooth operation, longevity, and consistent performance under high boost, all units are VSR balanced up to 150,000 RPM. The turbine side is equipped with a twin-scroll .80 A/R turbine housing, machined for a G30 turbine wheel, which provides strong top-end power without compromising drivability. The compressor side features a .70 A/R compressor housing with an integrated speed sensor bung, offering excellent efficiency and tuning flexibility.
