The Psr PSR 7782G is a high-performance turbocharger engineered for demanding applications, capable of supporting up to 1500 HP at the flywheel. It utilizes a dual ceramic ball bearing system that reduces shaft motion to provide faster response and improved long-term reliability. The compressor side is equipped with a 13-blade PTG-Aero billet wheel and an anti-surge ported-shroud inlet, which includes integrated speed sensor and pressure ports for precise monitoring. Built for extreme heat resistance, the unit features a 9-blade PTG-Aero Inconel 713c turbine wheel. The turbocharger supports flexible configurations with 8 different turbine housing options available to suit various setups. Included with the super core are water fittings, an oil drain fitting, and a specific oil feed fitting with a 1.65mm (0.065-inch) orifice. Installation requires professional attention to routing and connections. The system features a 5-inch compressor inlet hose, a 3-inch V-band compressor outlet, and a 3.5-inch V-band turbine outlet. Users must ensure the oil feed and drain systems are properly plumbed using the provided -12AN drain kit and an appropriately restricted -4AN oil feed flange.
