Description

The United Engine & Machine Co 1170.040 is a set of 6 cast aluminum pistons designed for Ford 4.9L/300ci 6-cylinder truck engines from 1977-1986. These pistons feature a dish style with no valve reliefs and a bore size of 4.040 inches.

The piston set includes press-fit wrist pins and has a compression height of 1.763 inches. The piston head volume is +19.00cc, and the ring thickness is 5/64 in. x 5/64 in. x 3/16 in. This set is a replacement for original equipment numbers D7TZ6108A, E1TZ6108A, and E3TZ6108F.
