7875 Single Turbo System w/ Intercooler

The On3 Performance Single Turbo System offers a powerful forced induction upgrade for 2005-2013 Corvette C6 models equipped with LS2, LS3, or LS7 engines. This system features the On3 7875 journal bearing turbocharger, known for its balance of power and value. The turbo has a 78mm cast compressor wheel designed for high-volume airflow and increased boost capacity. The kit includes a durable, hand-fabricated stainless steel hot side piping and CNC mandrel-bent aluminum cold side piping for smooth airflow. A high-efficiency front-mount intercooler is included to significantly reduce intake temperatures. For reliable boost control, the system incorporates an On3 44mm V-band wastegate and a 50mm blow-off valve. Installation is estimated to take approximately one day and requires light to moderate mechanical skill. The system is designed for direct fitment on 2005-2013 Corvette C6 models, specifically excluding the ZR1 variant. It is compatible with various trims including Base, Grand Sport, Z06, Z06 Carbon, and 427 models within the specified years. Included in the "What's in the Box" are the turbocharger, stainless steel hot side piping, front mount intercooler, aluminum cold side charge pipe kit, wastegate, blow-off valve, oil feed/drain assembly, silicone couplers and clamps, and an air filter with hardware.
