78mm Single Turbo System

The On3 Performance Single Turbo System is a comprehensive forced induction solution engineered specifically for 2015-2017 5.0L Ford F-150 models. Technical construction includes a 78mm journal bearing turbocharger with a cast wheel, supported by a durable stainless and fabricated proprietary turbo manifold and a 304 stainless steel crossover pipe. Exhaust gases are managed by a stepped 3-3.5-inch 16-gauge 304 stainless steel downpipe and a matching dump tube. Cooling is provided by a 3-race core bar-and-plate intercooler, connected via 6061 aluminum piping and a 3.5-inch charge pipe, all secured with silicone couplers and T-bolt clamps. Installation requires mechanical expertise or professional assistance, and the kit includes a 60mm V-banded wastegate, a 50mm blowoff valve, and a full oil feed sandwich plate with stainless braided fittings for lubrication.
