7MGTE Ignition Coil Kit

The Platinum Racing Products ignition coil kit is a completely redeveloped, new-generation system specifically designed as a direct drop-in replacement for the increasingly popular 7MGTE Cylinder Heads. This kit features Genuine Hitachi R35 GTR Ignition coils, which deliver approximately three times the OEM power output. It is compatible with any aftermarket ECU, and for maximum performance, users can utilize the dwell data available on the Platinum Racing Products webpage. It also comes with custom-height, one-piece silicone injected spark plug stalks that ensure a proper seal in the spark plug wells, preventing water pooling and misfires. Custom-made springs are pre-fitted inside the stalks for quick installation, eliminating the need for spring trimming. The coil kit fits neatly under the valley cover without any required modifications. Additionally, it features a bench-tested, club motorsport grade branded harness with high-temperature Tefzel wire and crimp joins, using OEM connectors and glue-lined heat-shrink. A bolt kit for the six ignition coils and the billet bracket is also included. The product is available with various bracket colors, including Black, Purple, Red, Silver, and Blue as standard, with custom order colors like Gold, Teal, Green, Orange, and Grey.
