Overview

The Brian Tooley Racing pushrod set is a set of 16 one-piece pushrods. They are constructed from SAE 4130 chromoly tubing with a .080" wall thickness and 3/8" diameter. These pushrods measure 8.125" in length and feature ball ends machined to a tolerance of +/- .001in. They have a black oxide finish and are laser-etched with part number and specifications.

Each pushrod in this set of 16 measures 8.125 inches long with a 3/8 inch diameter and a .080 inch wall thickness. Constructed from SAE 4130 chromoly tubing, these pushrods are centerless ground to exacting tolerances and case hardened to Rc 60 for durability. The ball ends are machined to a tight tolerance of plus or minus .001 inches, ensuring precise operation. A black oxide finish provides corrosion resistance, and each pushrod is laser-etched with its part number and specifications. It is crucial to measure for the correct pushrod length using the recommended method, which is detailed in the BTR/Trend Pushrod Measurement Guide available in the Downloads section. This product does not require an EO in California and is legal for sale and use in all 50 states.
