The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1541E-P is a remanufactured rear axle assembly specifically built for Chrysler 8.25" differentials found in 1989-1993 Dodge D100 and D150 1/2 ton 2WD models. This assembly includes a 3.90 gear ratio and a Posi Limited Slip Differential (LSD) designed to enhance traction and performance. Each Zumbrota axle assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process. This includes thorough inspection of all components for wear, cracks, and straightness. Internal parts such as ring and pinions, gears, and clutches are inspected and tested. All bearings and seals are replaced with new ones to ensure reliability and longevity. The gears are precisely set for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, with backlash adjusted to ensure proper lubrication and quiet operation. Additionally, axle tubes are checked to meet OEM standards for straightness.
