8.25" AXLE ASSY 2003 JEEP LIBERTY 3

The Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assembly (RAA435-2152B) is a remanufactured rear axle designed for 2003 Jeep Liberty vehicles with a 3.7L engine and a Chrysler 8.25" axle. This assembly features a 3.73 gear ratio, ABS, a U-joint driveshaft, and posi-traction, and includes a 10-bolt round cover. Each assembly undergoes a rigorous rebuilding process including inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear, and testing of all internal components such as ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. All bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. The axle tubes are verified for OEM straightness. Zumbrota utilizes a hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure on both internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process. This assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
