Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assemblies are meticulously rebuilt to uphold the highest quality standards. Each assembly undergoes comprehensive inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, carriers) are rigorously inspected and tested. Bearings and seals are 100% replaced. Gears are precisely inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements for accurate setup and extended longevity. Axle tubes are inspected to OEM straightness standards. Zumbrota employs an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure on internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process.
