8.25" Rear Axle Assembly 3.73 Posi Limited Slip

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-151C-P is a remanufactured axle assembly designed for Chrysler 8.25" differentials with a 3.73 gear ratio and a Posi Limited Slip Differential. It is specifically for 2007-2010 Jeep Commander and Grand Cherokee models. Each axle assembly is meticulously rebuilt to the highest quality standards. Zumbrota Drivetrain inspects all tubes for straightness and housings for surface wear and cracks. Internal components such as ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers undergo 100% inspection and testing. Furthermore, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced to ensure optimal performance and longevity. The housing is cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process, restoring it to an OEM finish. Assembly includes a new cover and is set up with the correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements for precise setup and longevity. Gear backlash is carefully set to ensure proper lubrication and quiet operation. Note that fluid is not included with this assembly.
