The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2207A is a remanufactured complete axle assembly designed for 2004-2005 Dodge Durango 4x4 vehicles equipped with a Chrysler 8.25-inch ring gear and a 3.55 gear ratio, specifically for models without traction control. This assembly undergoes a rigorous rebuilding process, ensuring high quality, precision, and reliability. Each axle is inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are 100% replaced. Gears are set for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements for precise setup and longevity. Axle tubes are inspected to ensure OEM standards of straightness.
