Description

Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assemblies are remanufactured to high-quality standards. This includes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers) are inspected and tested. Bearings and seals are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact and correct rolling torque. Axle tubes are inspected for OEM straightness. The process involves hydro-blast rinsing, sandblasting, and proprietary deep cleaning.
