Skyjacker re-engineered the Super Duty's suspension via an impressive 4-Link Conversion. This system replaces OEM radius arms with integrated radius arm drop brackets plus upper and lower adjustable control arms. The control arms are formed from 2-inch OD x 0.250 wall DOM tubing and are adjustable Flex Links, allowing proper caster settings to improve handling. The Flex Links have a forked clevis end at the lower axle mount, and the upper bracket mount has a 1-1/4" forged rod end with a steel encased rubber bushing. Drop brackets lower the rear mounts at the frame to maintain correct caster specifications for proper alignment. Specifically engineered for Super Duty F250 4WD Gas motors, these 2-Stage Variable Rate Springs deliver a smooth, controlled, comfortable ride. The First Flex Rate stage delivers a comfortable ride with the ability to flex/expand during full articulation. The Second Ride Rate stage only engages after compression past the Flex Rate, resulting in a smoother ride. An ultra heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket captures the front crossmember on both sides to prevent movement in this critical high-stress area and to keep the axle centered. Front sway bar links realign the sway bar. Drop Brackets reposition front bump stops. Front brake line brackets and braided stainless steel brake lines correct and reposition the brake lines. A heavy-duty steering stabilizer relocation bracket and Hydro steering stabilizer are included. Softride® Technology leaf springs have tapered leafs to distribute loads more evenly and to create more flex at the leaf ends. Teflon® wear pads and bolt style spring clips prevent binding and eliminate friction. Shocks are a key link between the chassis and your suspension. Front and rear damper capacity is enhanced with ADX 2.0 Adventure Series Remote Reservoir Aluminum Monotube Shocks. ADX 2.0 has a race-inspired full-displaced valving system.
