Description

The MSD 8.5mm Super Conductor Wire Set is designed for GM Truck & SUV models from 1999-2013 with 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, or 8.1L engines. These black wires feature an incredibly low resistance of 40-50 ohms per 11 inches, achieved with a copper alloy conductor.

The wire's construction includes a tightly wound conductor around a special center core, creating an effective Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) choke to prevent interference with vehicle electronics. The outer sleeve is made from a proprietary blend of silicone and synthetic material, offering resistance to heat, abrasion, and tears. Terminals feature a Dual Crimp design for a secure connection.
