This Remanufactured Axle Assembly from Zumbrota Drivetrain (part of Randy's Worldwide, a Yukon Gear & Axle distributor) is built to high-quality standards for precision and reliability. Each assembly undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. All bearings and seals are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque to ensure precise setup and longevity. Correct gear backlash is set for proper gear lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are inspected to ensure OEM standards of straightness. Zumbrota utilizes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure on internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning, setting the standard for axle assembly remanufacturing. This assembly features a 4.10 ratio and G80 Posi-Traction, fitting GM 10 Bolt 8.6 Inch Ring Gear applications for 2007-2008 Chevrolet Suburban 1500, Avalanche 1500, Tahoe, and GMC Yukon, Yukon XL 1500 models. It does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
