This Zumbrota Drivetrain remanufactured complete axle assembly is designed for GM 8.6 inch axles with a 3.08 gear ratio. It undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process including straightening tubes to OEM specifications, testing housings for wear and cracks, and 100% inspection of internal components. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced, and housings are hydro-blasted for an OEM finish. Correct rolling torque is set using inch-pound measurements, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
