The Zumbrota RAA435-1556H-P Reman Complete Axle Assembly is engineered for precision and reliability. It undergoes a meticulous remanufacturing process, ensuring it meets high-quality standards. Each axle assembly is rigorously inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. Internal components, including ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers, are thoroughly tested for optimal performance. The rebuild process includes: comprehensive inspection of axle tubes to confirm OEM specifications, testing of all housings for surface wear and structural integrity, 100% replacement of bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims, cleaning using hydro-blasting and rinsing to restore components to an OEM finish, and establishment of correct rolling torque using precise inch-pound measurements for longevity and performance.
