Description

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1918B is an 8.8" Reman Axle Assembly for 1999-2000 Ford Crown Victoria Police models, without ABS, with a 3.55 ratio and open differential. It undergoes thorough inspection for straightness and wear, with all internal components inspected and tested, and bearings and seals replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact and correct rolling torque, with proper backlash set for lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are inspected for OEM straightness, and Zumbrota utilizes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and shot-enticed deep cleaning process.
