The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1692F-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly designed for the Ford 8.8-inch rear differential. This unit is rebuilt to high standards of precision and reliability, with all internal components thoroughly inspected and tested. This includes the ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carrier. All bearings and seals are replaced during the remanufacturing process. Key specifications include an 8.8-inch ring gear size, a 2.73 gear ratio, and 31 spline semi-floating axles. This assembly features a Posi Limited Slip Differential for improved traction. The axle tubes are inspected for OEM standards of straightness, and Zumbrota employs a thorough cleaning process including hydro-blasting and sandblasting, followed by a proprietary deep cleaning procedure. A differential cover is included, but the assembly does not come with fluid. This remanufactured axle assembly is specifically designed for 1992-1996 Ford E150 models.
