Description

The Motive Gear RS07888373 is a standard gear set designed for Ford 8.8" differentials. Machined from 8620 forged steel and heat-treated for maximum gear life, this matched ring and pinion set offers a 3.73 gear ratio. The ring gear has an 8.8" OD with 41 teeth and 10 bolt holes, while the pinion features a 30 spline shaft and 11 teeth.

These gears are a suitable replacement for OEM sets and provide long service life for street, street/track, and oval track vehicles. They can also be utilized in some drag race applications, depending on the vehicle's weight and power. For extreme conditions, Pro Gears or a larger rear end may be necessary if tooth breakage occurs.
