Zumbrota Drivetrain remanufactured complete axle assembly for Ford 8.8-inch rear differential. All tubes inspected and straightened to OEM specifications. All housings tested for surface wear and cracks. 100 percent inspection of all internal parts, including Ring and Pinions, Internal Gears, Clutches and Carriers. 100 percent replacement of bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts and shims. All housings cleaned utilizing a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process. Gear patterns checked during reman process to ensure optimum tooth contact for increased life of gear set. Correct rolling torque established using inch pound measurements for precision setup and longevity. Correct backlash clearance is set to assure proper gear lubrication and noise reduction.
