Description

The Rockford Fosgate RFK8X is a comprehensive 8 AWG complete installation kit designed to facilitate the setup of an amplifier in your vehicle. This kit provides all the essential wiring and accessories needed for a robust and reliable connection. It features 17 feet of 8 AWG power wire and 3 feet of 8 AWG ground wire, ensuring adequate length for routing within most vehicles. Included in the RFK8X kit is 30 feet of 16 AWG speaker wire, a 16-foot twisted pair RCA cable for signal transmission, and 20 feet of remote wire for amplifier turn-on. For power protection, the kit includes an AGU fuse holder with a 40 Amp fuse, which meets CTA-2015 AWG requirements and ensures that the cables are made from 100% pure crystal-oxygen free copper (PC-OFC). Termination hardware is also included to simplify the installation process.
