The Fuel Injector Connection FICGDI is a set of 8 high-flow direct injection fuel injectors engineered specifically for GM Gen V LT series engines. These injectors provide a 30% increase in fuel flow compared to stock LT4 injectors, ensuring adequate fuel delivery for high horsepower applications and eliminating the need for auxiliary fuel systems. FIC utilizes GM's original nozzle design and conducts all modifications internally, preserving the original coil and ECU programming characteristics. These injectors are E85 compatible, allowing high-output engines to leverage the benefits of E85 fuel. Testing by companies like Lingenfelter Engineering and Vengeance Racing has shown excellent tuning results when using these injectors. Proper tuning is essential after installation to maintain the correct air/fuel ratio. Applications include high horsepower GM Gen V V8 and V6 direct injection engines such as the LT4, LT1, L86, L83, and LV3, as well as E85 conversions of these engines. Specific vehicle fitments include the 2014-2017 C7 Corvette LT1, 2015-2017 C7 Z06 Corvette LT4, 2016-2017 Camaro SS LT1, 2016-2017 CTS-V LT4, 2014-2017 Silverado and Sierra models with 4.3L LV3, 5.3L L83, and 6.2L L86 engines, and 2015-2017 Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon, and Escalade models with 5.3L L83 and 6.2L L86 engines.
