8-Inch 4-Link Lift Kit w/ NX2 Nitro Shocks

The BDS Suspension BDS1731H 8-inch 4-Link lift kit is engineered to significantly enhance the stance, performance, and capability of 2019-2024 4WD diesel Ram 3500 trucks equipped with factory rear overload leaf springs. This comprehensive kit converts the stock radius arms to a robust 4-link system, optimizing suspension geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability. High-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets and heavy-duty upper and lower control arms ensure correct axle positioning and limit caster change during wheel travel. Steering geometry is corrected with a forged drop pitman arm and a track bar relocation bracket, while sway bar relocation and brake line brackets are included for optimal performance. To accommodate the lift, a transfer case indexing ring is provided to clock the transfer case and improve the front driveline operating angle, allowing the use of factory front driveshafts when paired with an aftermarket front driveshaft (not included). A high-clearance transmission crossmember is also supplied. The rear of the kit utilizes heavy-duty steel lift blocks, an add-a-leaf spring, and u-bolts to achieve the 6-inch rear lift. The kit is completed with custom-tuned NX2 Nitro shocks, featuring a nitrogen-charged, twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving for enhanced ride and offroad performance. This kit offers clearance for up to 40 x 13.5-inch tires on 20 x 9-inch wheels with 5.5 inches of backspacing. **Important Fitment Notes and Required Components:** This kit does not fit OE-equipped air ride systems. Recoil Traction Bars are recommended for optimal performance. Trucks with the Aisin 8-bolt transmission may require BDS122409 Def Relocation Kit (for Dually and Mega Cab models). Vehicles equipped with a manual transfer case require BDS122423 Manual Transfer Case Shifter Extension. If your vehicle has a 2-piece rear driveshaft, BDS122406 Carrier Bearing Drop is required. Additionally, this kit mandates the use of an aftermarket front driveshaft (not provided), in conjunction with the provided indexing ring kit (BDS122624 for 6-bolt or BDS122421 for 8-bolt). It is recommended to install the lift kit before measuring for the aftermarket front driveshaft to ensure correct length.
