8-Inch 4-Link Lift Kit with FOX 2.0 Shocks

The BDS Suspension BDS566FS is an 8-inch lift kit designed to significantly upgrade the stance, performance, and capability of 2008-2010 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty 4WD gas trucks. This comprehensive kit features a 4-link conversion for the front suspension, optimizing geometry for improved handling and stability, along with heavy-duty control arms and a forged drop pitman arm for steering correction. The front lift is achieved with gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, and the system includes custom-tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes BDS GlideRide leaf springs, engineered with a multi-leaf progressive design and an integrated overload for enhanced hauling capacity and a smooth ride. The kit also includes u-bolts and brake line brackets, along with a matching set of NX2 Nitro or optional FOX Performance shocks. The entire system is designed for an easy, 100% bolt-on installation. The FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks included in this kit feature a 2-inch impact-extruded aluminum body, a 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated alloy steel shaft, and application-specific valving for maximum performance. They utilize an internal floating piston monotube design and CNC-machined aluminum mounting ends. Important fitment notes and potential modifications include: U-bolts will not fit dually models. The dropped pitman arm is not compatible with 10-lug wide track F350 models. Front exhaust modification may be required for driveshaft clearance. Clearing 38-inch tires may require a front bumper spacer (part # 123020). In rare instances, front driveline vibration may occur. Additionally, if your vehicle is equipped with a rear anti-sway bar or a carrier bearing, specific additional parts (123009 and 123406, respectively) may need to be ordered separately.
