The Classic Performance (CPP) Complete Power Brake Booster Kit (Part Number 6572BB24-8D) offers a significant upgrade for the braking system of 1965-76 Ford Trucks. This comprehensive kit replaces multiple components, providing a unified and enhanced braking experience. At the core of the kit is an 8-inch dual diaphragm brake booster, finished in gold for a distinct aesthetic. This booster works in conjunction with a cast iron master cylinder featuring a 1.125-inch bore, designed for optimal fluid displacement. The kit also includes a side-mount left-hand proportioning valve, crucial for balancing brake pressure between the front and rear wheels. Designed for modern braking configurations, this kit is explicitly compatible with both 2-wheel and 4-wheel disc brake systems. However, it is not designed to work with 4-wheel drum brake setups.
