They hob and shave the gears for longevity with minimal mating stress, combine modern designs and materials including heat-treating and shot-peening to maximize life, and use high-grade steel for consistency and exceptional durability. Each gear set meets or exceeds Dana's standards for OEM equipment. This kit includes the ring and pinion gear with a 4.10:1 ratio and an installation kit. It is designed for Dana 30 differential case designs, with 10 cover bolts, 10 ring gear bolts, and a 26 pinion spline count. The ring gear diameter is 7.330 inches and the pinion shaft diameter is 1.375 inches.
