The Ksport Supercomp 8 Piston Big Brake Kit offers an extreme upgrade in stopping power, engineered to provide superior performance without requiring vehicle modifications. This sophisticated bolt-on system significantly enhances your vehicle's braking capabilities by incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased piston count and standard full-floating rotors for improved self-centering and reduced drag. Constructed from aerospace-quality billet aluminum, the one-piece caliper design is exceptionally lightweight yet incredibly strong, ensuring freedom from corrosion. These calipers feature aluminum pistons for superior heat resistance and stability. The two-piece floating rotor design minimizes weight and combats thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing warping and maintaining braking surface integrity. For customization and performance tuning, rotors are available in either slotted or cross-drilled options, with slotted recommended for track use and cross-drilled for daily driving. Included with the kit are SC5 Street Brake Pads, designed for optimal performance on the street and during occasional track use, offering reduced dust, noise, and wear. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, eliminating expansion under pressure for a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines.
