The Ksport Procomp Big Brake Kit provides the ultimate in stopping power for your vehicle, integrating advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and enhance cooling. The extreme lightweight one-piece caliper is CNC machined from aircraft quality billet, weighing just over 5lbs each. It features a differential bore configuration, machined protection grooves for bridge tubes, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design significantly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems. Ksport utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications include a floating disc option to mitigate thermal stresses and prevent warping under extreme heat. The unique slot design on the rotor expels gas and pad debris faster, reducing braking noise and improving performance. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance, with cross-drilled options recommended for daily drivers and slotted rotors for track use. Stainless-steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under pressure.
