Description

The system features robust, opposed-piston calipers with a one-piece billet aluminum construction, ensuring light weight, exceptional strength, and corrosion resistance. The aluminum caliper pistons enhance heat management and provide smoother operation. Reinforced carbon steel caliper brackets facilitate the direct bolt-on installation of these larger-than-OEM calipers. The kit includes 400mm (15.75") 2-piece vented and slotted rotors with cast iron braking surfaces and aluminum centers. This two-piece design reduces rotational mass, quickens braking response, and shortens stopping distances, while also minimizing the chance of rotor warpage due to less restricted expansion and contraction. This Ksport SuperComp Big Brake Kit is specifically designed for the 1995-1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse. It requires a minimum wheel diameter of 20 inches (508mm) to accommodate the large calipers and rotors.
