8 Piston Big Brake Kit

This sophisticated system builds upon the benefits of their Procomp kit, incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased number of pistons and standard full-floating rotors for superior self-centering within the caliper. The calipers are precision-machined from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight construction, exceptional strength, and resistance to corrosion. They feature one-piece construction to eliminate weak spots that can lead to fracturing or failure over time. Aluminum pistons are employed for enhanced heat resistance and consistent, uncompromised operation, even under demanding conditions. An opposed-piston design guarantees even brake pad grip and wear on both sides of the rotor. This design also reduces rotational mass for quicker wheel response. The outer rotor sections can expand and contract independently from the center, minimizing warping from heat buildup. The kit includes NAOC Ceramic SC5 street pads, offering optimal performance in street and occasional track conditions with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track use. The standard kit includes two forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, two lightweight two-piece rotors (available in slotted or drilled), one set of SC5 street brake pads, two stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary mounting components and hardware. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, providing quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel by preventing expansion under pressure. The system comes with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
