8-Piston Big Brake Kit

This kit features significantly larger-diameter disc rotors, measuring 400mm (15.75") with a 2-piece vented and drilled design utilizing cast iron and an aluminum center for reduced rotational mass and improved response. The calipers are an 8-piston design, constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum for exceptional strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance. Aluminum caliper pistons further enhance heat resistance and smooth operation. Benefits include improved pad grip, reduced uneven wear due to the opposed-piston caliper design, and a full-floating rotor design for better self-centering and lower brake drag. The 2-piece rotor construction also minimizes the chance of warping. Reinforced carbon steel caliper brackets ensure these larger-than-OEM calipers bolt directly onto existing mounting points. Designed as a bolt-on replacement, all components are intended for direct installation without requiring modifications. The kit includes stainless steel brake lines to prevent expansion under pressure for faster pedal response. The minimum required wheel diameter for this kit is 508mm (20").
